Meet The Biscuit Artist!

Hey, I'm Toni and I'm the face behind Rebel Biscuit Society!

I first fell into cookie decorating back in 2020 after spotting a video online and thinking, “I want to try that!” (thank you, ADHD brain!). What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into something I couldn’t put down.

After taking a short break in 2023 to have my second baby, I came back in 2025 more determined than ever to turn this passion into a thriving business.

I specialise in quirky, colourful, fully personalised biscuits, whether that’s for a special celebration, a brand event, or something completely outside the box.

And now, I’m bringing something extra special to the mix… the Biscuit Photo Booth! Because honestly, what’s better than capturing a moment and eating the evidence!?

Still thinking about how good this was! 😍

Took the photo booth to @the.craft.and.makers.market on Saturday and OBVIOUSLY we had to do a group shot! And what an incredible group it was! 🧡🩷

Did you know, if you book for your event you get EVERY photo emailed to you from the photo booth!? The guests might get to eat the evidence but you get to see what they've been up to! 😉

HELLO! 👋🏼

I'm trying to post every day to see if it helps my engagement and whatever, but quite frankly, it's a lot of f**king work!

I work full time and have 2 young children on top of running Rebel Biscuit Society and today, I simply do not have it in me to find another video, spend ages editing it only to post it and get 200 views and a comment from my own personal account 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Seriously though, our support does not go unnoticed, I promise! ❤️

So, for today, this is hello from me and a reminder to BE KIND and BE YOU, you fabulous f**kers! 🔥❤️

*almost* real time cookie flooding. This is sped up by 1.5x - because we live in a world where people can't watch something for more than 30 seconds 😂 (and I'm pushing it because this is 34...)

Throwback to the time I turned the @getfussy body wash into biscuits!

I loved making these, mostly because I decided to surround myself with all the fruits and things they use in their scents and the room smelt DIVINE 😂

I absolutely LOVE trading at @the.craft.and.makers.market - I am always surrounded by like-minded, creative people. I don't have to mask, I can just be myself.

It's no secret that my dream is to be able to grow my business enough to be able to do it full time, and nobody makes me believe in myself more than the people I've met at this market ❤️

I could watch flooding videos all day despite flooding hundreds of cookies myself 😂

Flooding 😍
There is nothing more satisfying in cookie decorating than getting that perfect flood consistency that just settles nice and flat by itself 😌

Trust the process! Most cookies start off looking... Questionable 😂 but how cute are these little Easter chicks!? 🥰

Had a spare PYO cookie (the icing cracked so it didn't pass the quality check!) so I thought I'd paint it for fun!

All the Valentine's cookies have gone now BUT if you're local to Telford I will have lots of PYO cookies at @the.craft.and.makers.market this Sunday 15th at 10am at the Mercure hotel!

Even if you don't buy a cookie it's such a great craft fayre, full of incredibly talented vendors!

Come along and support some small, local businesses ❤️❤️ it means more to us than you know!

And I wonder why I'm always behind...

Seriously though, I can't be the only one with a playlist this random!?

I'd also like to reassure you all that I don't actually headbang while I'm baking, I think you can tell from the video it's not something I do regularly anymore at all 😅

And lastly, I'm sorry about the singing 😂 (I'm not really, I actually loved performing for the mountain of clean washing on the dining table behind the camera. Way more fun than actually putting it away!)

Last but by no means least… the PYO hearts.
They’re huge, they come with a tiny paintbrush, and they’re a fun activity and a snack in one.
Perfect for kids, but honestly… adults get way more into them 😂

And when I say they're huge... They are MASSIVE.

First up in the Valentine’s collection… conversation heart cookies 💗
They look all cute and pastel but some of the messages are definitely not PG 😈
These ones have quickly become a favourite to make!
Perfect for Valentine’s, Galentine’s or just because.
(Also ideal for people who don’t do soppy!)

I do love a "favourite things" set. They can be challenging but also so random and fun!

Tried the "direct to cookie transfer" technique using my @eddie_edibleinkprinter for these cute, girly, dinosaur cookies and I have to say, I think I nailed it! 💁🏼‍♀️😂

Each dinosaur was hand iced before printing to give that "3D" effect.

I have to admit, these took me way longer than I anticipated 😅 but I absolutely LOVE how they turned out 😍

Couldn't resist doing a little cookie stop motion... But to be completely transparent it took way too long AND I actually put 2025 instead of 2026 so had to do it again 🫣😂
